Recent Client Projects Include:

Managing a portfolio of business transformation projects for Nationwide Platforms, the UK’s leading provider of powered access solutions. Projects included: modernisation of the Specialist Vehicles division through a range of digital innovations; improved efficiency for the transport and logistics function via process improvement, organisational change and better use of technological solutions; and development of a company-wide data management strategy from suspect to account closure across all systems (marketing and CMS, CRM, ERP).

Marketing function review and change management project for a FTSE 100 company with a complex central/local structure. Design, development and implementation of a bespoke and innovative structure based on agile methodology allowing for collaborative decision making, efficient delivery of business objectives and significant cost savings.

Development and implementation of a robust growth and business change strategy covering every aspect of a manufacturing organisation. A key success was project managing the achievement of the ‘Fit 4 Nuclear’ accreditation, which opened up a whole new growth sector for the company. Project managing the acquisition (in March 2018) of the business by a combination of the senior management team and an international organisation.

Business planning (through the Government’s Growth Voucher Scheme) and ongoing mentoring for a fast-growing catering company, resulting in them becoming one of the ambassadors for the ‘Business is GREAT’ campaign, with multi award wins for their successful performance over the last 5 years, including Derbyshire 2019 Entrepreneur of the Year for the MD.

Start up support and mentoring to a highly entrepreneurial strategic communications specialist, including a period as Commercial Director whilst the business went through a period of exponential growth. Included project work on integration and change management for a high profile public sector client.
