Managing a portfolio of business transformation projects for Nationwide Platforms, the UK’s leading provider of powered access solutions. Projects included: modernisation of the Specialist Vehicles division through a range of digital innovations; improved efficiency for the transport and logistics function via process improvement, organisational change and better use of technological solutions; and development of a company-wide data management strategy from suspect to account closure across all systems (marketing and CMS, CRM, ERP).
Marketing function review and change management project for a FTSE 100 company with a complex central/local structure. Design, development and implementation of a bespoke and innovative structure based on agile methodology allowing for collaborative decision making, efficient delivery of business objectives and significant cost savings.
