One bedroom apartment on the island of eternal spring!
This is our one-bedroomed apartment on Parque Albatros in Golf Del Sur. If you don’t know it, it’s a quieter resort famed for its golf courses about 10 mins from the airport but a 20 min drive/bus ride from the busier (more commercial) Los Cristianos.
The complex is part hotel, part privately owned, and guests can use the (large/heated) pool, restaurant, activities (aqua fit, bingo etc..). The apartment has option of twin beds or Kingsize in the main bedroom, and a double sofa-bed in the open plan lounge/diner/kitchen area. There’s a TV with every channel you could ever need (inc Sky) and a balcony overlooking the pool with a table for 4 and 2 sun-loungers. The balcony gets sun from early morning to 3.30pm, and you then have the option to sit around the pool if you want to carry on sunbathing…but I’m a worshipper and am happy to have shade by then!
My favourite thing about the apartment is there’s no-one above or on one side of you…so it’s super private!
Due to Spanish law, we’re only able to rent the apartment to friends and family, so our costs are designed to reflect this, and to help pay our running costs. The price is £350-£450 for a week (including cleaning and linen fee), bookable with an additional £100 returnable deposit. I have a lovely lady based in the resort who can do airport meet and greet for 20 Euros each way if that helps (you pay her directly).
